Terms

Draft for review · not yet in force · last edited September 2026
Placeholder textThis is prototype copy standing in for a real policy. It hasn’t been reviewed by counsel and shouldn’t be relied on.

These terms govern access to and use of SIRA’s tutoring practice and its gated learning platform. They apply to students, parents and guardians, tutors, and institutional associates who hold a SIRA account.

Invitation and access

SIRA is not open enrollment. Accounts are created by SIRA following an invitation or a direct enquiry that SIRA agrees to take forward. There is no public self-registration. Access can be paused or withdrawn at SIRA’s discretion, including where a place is no longer in use or an account is shared beyond the person it was issued to.

Use of the platform

The platform is provided for the private academic support of the named student. Diagnostic material, session recordings, recaps and correspondence are made available to help a tutor, student and family understand progress together, and should not be redistributed outside that purpose.

Sessions and scheduling

Live sessions are arranged directly between a family and their tutor, or via SIRA where a practice manages scheduling on a family’s behalf. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out separately and communicated when a place is confirmed.

Fees

Fees, billing cadence and payment terms are agreed individually and are not published on this site. Nothing on the public pages of this site constitutes a price offer.

Changes

SIRA may update these terms from time to time. Members are notified of material changes through the platform.
